Reorientation and double stacking product in preparation for flow wrap packaging. Product infeed rate is 90 parts per minute. The machine uses a Fanuc M-1iA D 6-axis Delta Robot to pick, place and re-orientate the part.
This high speed system spins the bottles while looking for the break in the label then orients each bottle to be facing forward. The trays are pre-formed and conveyed into the cell where an ABB IRB 1300 robot with a custom gripper featuring 3D printed soft cups picks and load the bottles, 3 at a time.
