This wraparound casepacker was developed to package tubs of ice cream ranging from 100ml to 1litre at a rate of up to 200 tubs per minute. We have used vacuum and gripper heads to accommodate the different product lids

Our latest wraparound case packer packing tubs of yoghurt, this machine also has an internal manufacturers flap. This machine runs at 180 products per minute and was part of a turnkey solution including a palletiser

HMPS designed and manufactured a special crate packer for an Australian dairy. Here is a video of the crate packer packing bottled milk. Our client was launching a new product and needed a machine as our wraparound casepacker to pack tubs of cream cheese hot out of the filler in to shelf ready cartons because of business growth. Thus, we used a gripper head that could pick up the tubs without bringing the lid into play

Our client had a need to pack pouches of yoghurt more efficiently and came to us to build them a machine that would perform in a short lead time. We delivered a machine that had a vertical start-up and ran without damaging the pouches by picking and placing from the lid
